- Effective leadership and be able to influence core teams through personal motivation
- 1 year+' work experience in team management and 0-1 to build the team will be plus

5. Responsible for promoting the quality control, planning, department coordination and team management of the above related work
6. Responsible for assisting the display and professional construction of the company's chassis in the data system
7. Conducted information collection, vehicle dismantling, signal cracking, performance testing, data reversal and other work on frame analysis, mechanical structure characteristics, functional highlights, new technology and new material application of benchmarking vehicles
