Key responsibilities:
Has the overall responsibility for writing briefs and conducting briefings on several brands and the ability to mentor and train others in the same pursuitsActs as a catalyst to creative and brand teams in seeking out new ways to add value to the brand and in identifying future opportunitiesDemonstrates the maturity and leadership skills to become a key player in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary cross-agency teamLeverages data and insights to writes inspiring briefs and lead creative briefings with little supervisionDemonstrates a proficiency in the usage and translation of all types of data into leverageable insights to drive creative thinking and client growthIs a knowledgeable leader for planners and associate planners and is able to help them grow in the disciplinePro-actively seeks out opportunities to make the work better in a collaborative wayBuilds strong relationships with middle level marketing clients and earns their trust and respectDemonstrates and fosters a collaborative work environment in which ideas flourish
