职责描述 1、承接集团数字化转型在模型设计端的落地,重构集团基于数字化的3D设计模式。2、基于集团数字化转型,重构模型设计整体流程,搭建基于数字化的3D模型流程体系。
3、模型全生命周期设计、管理及应用。
4、赋能产业3D设计能力,知识培训。 任职要求 1. 从事数字化工作8年以上,熟悉3D设计软件机制及操作;负责过至少3个整机设计开发工作。
2. 从事过集团层面设计端流程体系标准规范的搭建及编制,参与过研发数字化转型并至少有3个成功案例。
3.具有研发协同经验,参与过协同设计,具有不同研发中心协同开发经验。
4.具有整机架构能力,掌握模块化建模、参数化建模、TOP-DOWN设计方法,并从事过具体模型开发。
5.具有独立搭建接口骨架库/接口库/UDF等快速设计统一管理等相关经验。
6.具备管理3D优选物料,优化产品设计等相关能力。 工作地点
