主要职责
1、设备故障维修:
1)跟踪系统的报修情况并及时修理,减少维修损失时间,提高机器的可利用率;
2)正确判断和使用维修备件,减少浪费,节约维修成本
2、设备机械预防维修:
1)根据预防维修计划和预防维修检查项目进行设备的机械预防维修,减少设备的报修;
2)保证预防维修的质量;并降低备件使用成本;
3)负责CPP维修的维修工应遵守CPP维修相关规定,在指定维修区域进行维修
3、设备润滑:
1)根据润滑计划或设备润滑报警信息进行设备润滑,保证设备的正常运行;
2)保证设备润滑的质量,增加MTBF(平均故障间隔) 的时间
4、设备改进维修:
1)分析维修过程中遇到的问题,提出改进维修建议,降低设备故障报修次数;
2)协助其它维修部门的人员进行设备的改进,提高设备的可靠性。
3)积极参与新设备的调试及验收工作
4)积极主导设备的安全改进
5、5S
按程序要求进行维修工作,正确评估维修环境的安全状态,避免发生安全事
6、上级指派的其他工作
