- Ensure the accurate of SAP data (BOM/routing/packaging data...), and meet complement lead time.
- Routing/ST monthly review and analysis: for Paid efficiency and labor efficiency is over 100% to take actions.
- Work with cross team to meet the goals of IE in terms of productivity improvement, lean project cost saving.
- Be responsible for new line setting up/Maintenance/line layout/Routing/line balancing/effi. Improvement/std time/scrap rate improvement/IE knowledge training.
- Fully responsible for IE responsibilities in terms of quality & response time
- Quotation support for new project and provide the accurate process time to make our cost more competitive
- Implement the EHS related requirement in IE department.
- BS, major in Industrial Engineering.
- At least 6 years work experience with IE related, Basic knowledge on IE skills,.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with Kaizen/Lean improvement and good layout design skill.
- Knowledge of MES operation system.
- Have strong leadership & problem solving with PDCA.
