- Assist set-up and maintenance of trade finance facilities and monitor their utilization.
- Issuance, management, and advisory of outbound guarantees and letters of credit.
- Regular outbound guarantee and letter of credit portfolio reconciliation and reporting.
- Manage guarantee commission charging and allocation. Working Capital Financing
- Monitor and manage supply chain finance program.
- Quotation for bank draft discounting.
- Advisory on working capital financing solutions. Other Tasks
- Ensure compliance with regulation and Siemens Energy Standards on above topics.
- Provide training, advisory and solutions on above topics.
- Continued process and solution optimization and digitization.
- Drive trade finance implementation in M&A projects.
- Ensure proper record keeping, consistency and transparency of TCF transactions.
- Support internal control and audit for above activities. What You Bring
- 5-10 years' experience in corporate treasury, preferably in an MNC environment.
- Excellent communication skills and proficient in business English and Chinese.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in using treasury management systems.
- A team player with strong sense of ownership.
- Decent learning agility and analytical and problem-solving skills.
