    Key Responsibilities

    The Finance Manager holds a position that is essential for the efficient and effective running of the Finance and Business Support function for the revenue, Gross Profit and Operating Profit.

  • Bond with sales team and customer service team to provide high quality professional financial advice to budget holders and other project profit analysis and quotes.
  • Responsible for delivering the periodical reporting of headquarter, ensured with data accuracy.
  • Responsible for delivering weekly/monthly/quarterly revenue forecast, Investigate key variances in budgetary movements and provide clear reasoning for the movements.
  • Responsible for uploading the actual result / budgets / rolling forecast to Hyperion and reconcile to supporting worksheets.
  • Analysis of data - financial, economic, internal/external benchmarking.
  • Develop finance team capability and provide training for subordinates.
  • Support ad hoc project and tasks assigned.
  • PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

    The successful candidate will have proven experience in developing collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization. This leader must have the passion, energy and intellectual curiosity necessary for a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

  • Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 to 8 years FP&A Finance experience
  • Strong customer service focus and a central point of contact for the business with respect of Finance and Business support.
