- Handle full cycle of Billing and Accounts Receivable process
- Coordinate with respective parties to ensure accurate and timely billing, and responsible for batch payment and foreign currency payment.
- Project invoices reconciliation. Monitor and update record of invoice details, contracts, aging reports and incoming payment from clients and ensure information are reflected correctly in the system, also needs to issue VAT fapiao for different payment.
- Liaise with clients for collection of tax supporting documents
- Follow up and respond to billing queries and collection status from external clients and internal project teams.
- Handle debt collection incl. sending monthly statement of accounts to client.
- Ensure proper filing of all contracts
- Assist in Month-end closing and Annual audit process .
- Liaise with external auditors and relevant authorities on tax and statutory matters and complete monthly/quarterly/annual tax filings
- Monthly employee expense review and reimbursement.
- Participate in ad hoc assignments when required.
- University Degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting position, preferred with working experience at a multinational corporation.
- Good knowledge of finance software, Kingdee or Oracle.
- Strong PC literacy, Microsoft Office is essential
- High sense of responsibility and willingness to learn, attention to details and able to work independently under pressure.
- Good team player, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and diverse stakeholders
- Fluent English communication skills is required
