- Oversee and supervise for quality management system running as defined.
- Quality management according to ISO quality management system. Coordinate each department of documents preparing and update in accordance with system requirements and operation practices.
- Plan, initiate and lead internal and external audit according to QMS requirement. Follow up audit findings to ensure CA & PA done as well as root cause analysis for critical issues.
- Site and internal feedback collection and follow up, ensure on time handling and initiate root cause analysis by coordinate with responsible departments for major quality feedbacks.
- Build continuous improvement through sections by seeking and finding improve opportunities from quality system running, audit, internal & external feedback and quality cost analysis.
- Lead and develop quality lean project and digital & intelligent development.
- Participate in setup and updating of quality and technical requirement and standard, work with quality control and production to ensure they are implemented.
- Initiate quality assurance plan according to project, update and follow up to ensure close to best practices.
- Maintain the pressure vessel and welding system, regular checking to ensure that both manufacturing process and quality control in accordance with related requirements.
- Measuring tools and devices management and calibration, keep tools and devices in good condition and precision according to QMS and pressure vessel quality assurance system.
- Department KPIs follow up, update and report regularly
- Management and development for subordinates, to ensure QA and department target are reached.
- Good communication in English and Chinese languages
- College degree or above, more than 5 years working experience in Mechanical industry.
- Familiar with ISO9001, knowledge of HSE, pressure vessel and welding system are preferred.
- Familiar with QC tools;
- Experience in Lean or 6 sigma, leading a project is preferred.
- Knowledge of equipment for the pulp and paper industry is preferred
- Any skills having participated in the process of ERP, MRP will be a plus.
- Management skills for small team will be a plus.
