Job Description
1. 通过电话和电子邮件渠道为亚太区中外籍客户提供(中文,英文、韩语/日语) SupplyOn平台的技术支持服务。
2. 通过外呼服务,指导SupplyOn用户顺利完成平台注册以及提醒用户完成付款事宜。
3. 帮助并指导SupplyOn用户处理平台账号,权限问题。
4. 掌握SupplyOn软件平台20+服务模块的操作规范和流程,能够快速挖掘用户需求, 帮助用户进行问题诊断和故障排查,找到故障原因并解决, 或清楚记录用户需求,还原故障过程,作为用户和德国高级组之间的纽带,解决用户问题。
5. 通过日常自主学习,案例积累以及相关培训,与团队进行案例分享
6. 以用户服务为导向, 安抚客户情绪并灵活有效的处理客户反馈和升级, 通过升级预处理减少投诉风险
7. 严格按照质量规范处理案例, 并随着项目流程和服务的变化不断适应并精进业务水平
8. 积极参与服务的持续进步和发展
9. 熟悉并遵守公司的内部规章制度以及内部工作流程
Qualifications
1、大专或以上学历,专业不限(具备呼叫中心工作经验者优先);
2、普通话标准,具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识;
2、工作积极,为人正直踏实负责,能承受一定的工作压力;
3、具备良好的日语沟通水平(具备基础的听说读写能力);
4、熟练使用办公软件,具备较好的工作交付能力。
