- Co-work with ESG analyst to deliver sustainability related work for China facilities and operations, identify and deploy projects to deliver emissions reductions (GHG, water, waste and refrigerants);与ESG分析师合作完成中国区可持续发展相关工作,优化和确认ESG持续改善的相关项目,如废弃物减量、温室气体减排、节能、节水及减少制冷剂使用等;
- Play a key role managing and achieving Corporate Emissions Reduction Goals through 2030;
- Work with system owner, architect, and MEP design engineers to develop energy and water efficiency strategies and system approach high performance HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and electrical,lighting systems;与系统负责人、建筑师和机电设计工程师合作,制定能源和水效率使用的策略,并采用系统方法实现高性能暖通空调系统、管道系统、电气及照明系统;
- Develop waste reduction program and increase recycling of all waste;负责废弃物减量项目,提高废弃物的回收处理率;
- Understanding of scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions inventory for China facilities;负责建立中国区温室气体排放的范围1和范围2清单;
- Green building certification support (LEED, WELL, LBC, RESET, etc.);负责为绿色建筑认证(LEED、WELL、LBC、RESET等)提供支持;
- Facilities' operational data management and analysis through our centralized platform and identify trends and outliners.负责通过公司的数据收集平台对厂务运行的数据进行管理和分析,识别出厂务指标趋势和潜在问题;
- Support and update energy forecast model to inform our Renewable Energy investment; 负责支持和更新能源预测模型,为我们的可再生能源投资提供信息;
- Manage renewable energy initiatives;管理可再生能源相关的方案;
- Research Incentive and rebate program support;支持奖励和补贴项目的申请;
- Understanding of local and national energy codes and policies;及时了解国家的能源管理及节能减排的法律法规;
- Keep updated on innovative technologies, voluntary rating standards, codes, industry trends, etc;及时了解节能减排相关的最新规范要求、新创新技术及行业趋势等;
- Responsible to collect and summary sustainability related project data, and provide support for annual ESG report;负责可持续发展相关项目资料的汇总和整理,提供年度可持续发展报告需要的支持资料;
- Responsible to work with government or client to complete ESG audit, carbon emission verification, and other related tasks;负责配合完成政府或者客户的ESG审核工作、碳排放核查等工作;
- Other assigned EHS related work, such as customer audit, ISO system audit, etc;协助EHS相关的工作,如客户审核、体系审核等;
- Bachelor's degree, 3 to 5 years of sustainability or EHS related work experiences, prefer in a foreign IC company;本科学历,3到5年相关可持续发展或EHS工作经验,有跨国芯片公司工作经验更好;
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, CET-4 , prefer to CET-6;英语听说读写流利,通过CET-4,CET-6更好;
- Experience with sustainability related knowledge, experience with ESG related frameworks, prefer to ESG related certification 熟悉可持续发展相关知识,熟练掌握ESG相关框架和专业知识,如有ESG相关认证证书更好;
- Experience with contributing to ESG report writing, understanding of key points and data requirements of ESG report熟悉ESG报告的编制,清楚了解ESG报告要点和数据的相关要求;
- Experience with sustainability continuous improvement project, such as energy saving, waste reduction, etc.;熟悉相关可持续发展改善项目,如节能,废弃物减量等;
- Understand facility system, such as air condition system, power system, etc.了解厂务系统,如空调系统、电力系统等;
- Excellent self-learning ability 优秀的学习能力;
- Excellent project management skills 优秀的项目管理能力;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills优秀的书面和口头沟通能力;
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.优秀的时间管理能力,能够按时完成任务;
