- Monitor production Performance with actual OEE. Investigate and analysis the problem in OEE implementation
- Monitor production basic data, like cycle time and setup time and HC, Maintain in SAP system
- Calculate and analysis machine capacity and machine utilization for the budget and investment.
- Coordinate plant Budget Quantity Structure and cost saving activities, and coach related colleagues in different departments.
- Do CIP activities with IE tools, like MTM, Time study REFA, working place ergo. evaluation etc.
- Coordinate plant IE digitalization projects.
- Delivery IE knowledge and training in IE functions network
- Bachelor degree or above. No limitation in major, preferable in mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineer manufacturing engineering
- More than 5 years or above manufacturing working experience in mechanical manufacturing factory.
- Familiar with product manufacturing process
- Knowledge about SAP
