- Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products.
- Develop, validate and implement production technologies.
- Support new projects successfully launch from tooling evaluation、implementation、trial run etc..
- Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.
- Initiate and coordinate development of production machines and tools.
- Validate machines and tools.
- Make or support to make related documents such as WI、 PFEMA、investment documents、improvement report.
- Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).
- Other tasks assigned by the leader.
- University degree in Engineering
- 5 to 10 years in injection molding production
- Familiar with injection molding tooling and plastic material
- Familiar with engineering software such as CAD or Pro/E
- Quality tools eg. PFEMA or Six Sigma Lean or Project Management experience is a plus
