- Prepare production process documents and approve process man-hour quotas.
- Evaluate the suitability of the production process and supervise the implementation of process discipline.
- Quick Process problem solving and technical problem's trouble shooting, Cookbook development.
- Continuous improvement of the production process and workshop layout optimization.
- Develop training courses from Product/Process Perspective, Provide employee training and Qualification etc.
- Process FMEA to improve the product quality and production productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
- Good communication skills and good in verbal and written English.
- Minimum 5-year experience in product engineering or manufacturing engineering;
- Sound knowledge of engineering theory and design practices.
- Knowledge of valves design, assembly, test, and painting.
- Familiar with production process flow, process engineering experience is better.
- Familiar with SolidWorks and AutoCAD or similar engineering software.
