- 负责仪器生产的技术支持工作,按计划完成技术文件编制及图纸设计、解决生产过程中的问题及维护仪器生产相关DMR文件等。
- 作为运营技术窗口参加技术会议(与海外及国内研发部门),负责技术变更的导入包括实施和日常维护管理及变更后的跟踪,保证变更的有效性;
- 负责转移项目的管理及技术支持,跟踪项目总体进度,完成转移过程中涉及的DHF文件和DMR文件,并参与完成相关技术审核。
- 作为技术专家进行相关的技术活动和问题调查,包括协助进行产品的模拟试验及测试等;仪器生产的流程优化设计,设计工装夹具提升生产质量及效率。协助研发进行产品的工艺流程设计等。
- 参与各种包装材料和标准件的供应商认证,并提供(验证)技术支持。
- 工艺验证的实施,熟悉产品和过程工艺特征、特点和工艺技术要求。
- 设备验证的实施,熟悉生产或检验设备特征、特点和维护保养要求。
- 方法验证的实施,熟悉检验和监控方法特点、原理和统计验证要求。
- 包装验证的实施,熟悉包装验证的要求,包含总部和法规的要求。
- 生产热点问题的调查,参与根本原因的分析和风险评估、检查和跟踪。
- 协助CFF的应用调查和顾客问题的现场沟通,如拜访,重复或模拟试验等
- 参与生产和检验人员的资格确认和考核要求,识别生产和检验岗位要求。
- 参与生产系统(包含人、机、料、法)再造,追求技术和管理创新。
- 了解产品实现的全部过程,包含研发、注册、生产、检验和服务。
- 产品合规性的确认,熟悉产品和生产工艺的安全要求、RoHS指令要求。
