- Overall technical leadership and be responsible for realization of full systems product release/life cycle management to ensure quality and compliance.
- Trade-off of product/system design specifications and interfaces determine feasibility of potential solutions, and leading technical & design reviews.
- Defines, monitors and meets performance and quality metrics.
- Philips measurement solution development
- Measurement solution application research
- Ensuring full Product Safety Risk Management in a regulation compliant manner.
- Third party measurement solution introduce and application research.
- Bachelor or above of biomedical engineering, with 5 years' experience and/or comparable longer product development experience.
- Experience with patient monitor development.
- Experience with patient monitor parameter measurement development or clinical application, such as ECG, NBP, SpO2.
- Experience of product complaint handling, for example, visiting the hospital to communicate with the doctor or nurse to deal with the complaints.
- Experience in medical device design and strong medical IEC standard preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills, self-learning ability
- Continual improvement focused, self-directed and creative.
- Strong ability of writing the report of issue analysis and presenting the report in team with English.
