岗位职责
客户经理负责与销售过程相关的所有步骤, 包括以下具体内容:
• 通过服务现有客户和开发新客户不断积累销售业绩和市场份额。
• 不断深化和现有客户的关系,有效利用资源。
• 联系并会见潜在客户,了解客户需求、招聘周期,建立稳定的战略性合作关系。
• 向客户提供相关的销售信息和有效的方案。
• 与交付团队深度合作,了解客户诉求,进行需求解析,推荐优质候选人,并收集和提供相关面试反馈。
教育背景和工作经验
• 至少5年以上销售类工作经验,有BD拓展新客户经验,有大型医药行业管理经验者优先。
• 人员外包行业或其他专业服务类销售经验(尤其是IT 服务业)优先。
• 乐于面对挑战和竞争,渴望成功,追求事业成就感。
