- Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent.

- 0-1 years of experience in custom systems or new product development with demonstrated ability to produce results.
- COOP or Summer Intern experience in engineering, completion of EIT, Experience with computer applications and advanced or multiple degrees.
