描述
岗位职责:
1.负责电子测量设备(泰克/吉时利/福禄克)的维修和校准工作,通过分析和判断仪器的故障,执行维修,测试和调整方案。确保客户设备在规定的TAT内完成服务。
2.与客户保持优质高效沟通,充分了解客户需求,为客户提供高质量的产品和服务,并持续提高客户满意度。
3.设备/夹具/工装管理,利用测量设备管理系统或者线下管理系统,发起设备的校准和维修需求,对于超差设备提出分析和解决方案,确保测量设备处于有效的工作状态。
4.营造良好的跨部门合作沟通方式,密切与CSR/SAM/Logistic部门合作,确保仪器以最好的质量和最短的时间交付给客户。
5.ERP和workbench系统操作,根据维修需求,发起和建立物料需求信息和管理维修过程单元的系统操作。
6.负责分析和改进维修/测试/校准过程质量,预防性质量问题发生,通过与Global和Regional质量和技术团队合作,为客户提供仪器使用和保养方面的建议,降低质量的PPM和合约内的仪器故障率。
7.运用FBS工具持续改进安全,质量,交付,成本及效率,以实现持续满足客户的期望。可以协助部门经理分担一些管理工作,比如EHS(环境/健康/安全)、DM(日常管理等)。
8.具备强大内驱力,长期有效发挥主观能动性,利用各项资源学习更多的产品知识和技能、了解最新的产品服务需求,培训和分享知识和技术,提高自身和团队的产品服务能力。勇于承担新任务,协助部门经理处理一些新需求、新工作。
岗位要求:
1.电子工程或类似专业本科及以上学历以及相关行业2年以上工作经验.
2.具备理解和分析电气/电子图的能力,具备板级和元件级维修仪器的能力;
3.熟悉典型的电子测量测试仪器的维修和校准方法,如数字万用表,源表和示波器等.
4.具备了解和预测客户需求能力者优先.
5.正直,诚恳,良好的团队协作能力.
6.强烈的学习意愿和快速学习能力,能够积极主动的不断学习,提升专业技能、沟通能力.
7.具备良好的英语能力。
