- Identify new business opportunities and work closely with sales team to capture the opportunities.
- Support sales team to provide sector solutions & services to clients.
- Identify speaking opportunities for BSI to position BSI as the leader in the related sectors.
- Maintain relationship with existing partners to keep a fluent communication between BSI and partners.
- Develop new partners and design cooperation scheme.
- Develop joint BD programs with business partners to generate more sales leads to fully support the sales drive.
- Develop and implement marketing programs with sales team's demand as input to retain customers, develop business and generate leads.
- Search, collect & help maintain customer database.
- Develop sales kits & selling tools such as business collaterals including brochure, product DM, sales guideline, case studies, successful stories to enhance sales' competency.
- University degree or above
- More than 2-year BD/marketing and sales experience in management consulting/training company is preferred
- Strong BD & Marketing sense is required
- Organised & flexible; multi-tasked and highly efficient
- Strong team player; solutions orientated & problem solver
- Proactive, have sense of ownership, passion & commitment to work
- Professional and ethical
- Experience to organise marketing events is preferable
- Fluent English is required
