- Leading the Nexperia Shanghai SiC development team
- Develop and introduce products and technologies according business/product portfolio strategy and relevant quality targets
- Contribute to product roadmaps and identify competencies needed
- Recruitment, appraisal, coaching & training of direct reports
- Provide first level management support for your team's projects (escalation, consulting)
- Identify, evaluate and establish external development and production partners
- Suggest and influence innovative products and product enhancements to better meet customer needs
- University degree in Semiconductor Device Physics or Technology, Microelectronics or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience power semiconductor industry
- Profound understanding of SiC semiconductor technology
- Project management skills (e.g. planning and execution, risk management, facilitation techniques, stakeholder management)
- Understanding of development methods
- Proven capability in leading people
- Fluency in Chinese and English
- Strong communication and networking skills across different cultures
- Willingness to travel to local partners and to Product Group office in Germany
