Responsibilities
·为全球星展的内部员工提供账号维护的服务
·在标准服务协议的框架下,根据按需原则为内部银行用户开通系统权限,接受和处理内部员工的询问和需求单,系统包括应用程序,服务器,网络设备,数据库等银行内部使用的系统
·定期检测系统用户的权限,对于检测到的拥有过度权限的用户,进行审核和阻止。
·协助完成亚太总部账号运维任务,包括电子密码箱,新系统上线的更新,维护和使用
·审核项目相关的服务器,网络设备,数据库上线的权限设置,并完成授权任务
·处理账号维护需求单并且按照标准服务协议的要求完成。
·按照操作规程处理账号维护的需求,严格遵从操作规程。
·对于提出的问题能够与终端用户及时沟通并且清晰地提供解决方法。
·对于任何非授权的ID需求或者具有过度权限的用户能向经理及时汇报。
·定期检测系统用户的权限,对于检测到的拥有过度权限的用户,进行审核和阻止。
·协助完成亚太总部账号运维任务,包括电子密码箱,新系统上线的更新,维护和使用。
·审核项目相关的服务器,网络设备,数据库上线的权限设置,并完成授权任务。
