职责描述 1. 分析市场行情趋势,收集客户端需求,输出新产品规划方案,完成上线准备和产品搭建实施;2. 分析产品损益及运作情况,发现问题,优化产品方案,保障产品稳定运行。建立产品管控和风险评估体系,提升产品运作稳定性;
3. 根据产品搭建的关健流程,开发产品搭建工作模板与工具,提升产品搭建标准化和专业化水平;
4. 建立方案评估体系,识别产品风险,推动相关部门完善产品方案,提高产品搭建成功率。
5. 完善产品供应商引入流程,识别现有合同风险,推动相关部门完善供应商合同优化升级;完善供应商管理考核体系,制定供应商准入、退出流程,协同各节点进行供应商全生命周期管理。 任职要求 1、本科及以上,相关工作经验5年以上。
2、有国际物流相关工作经验优先,具备一定的市场判断和分析能力;
3、海运产品0-1搭建的项目经验,落地能力强;
4、性格外向,踏实认真,积极进取,有责任心,有较强的沟通理解能力和自我管理能力,工作能独当一面; 工作地点
