- Coordinate business meetings, calendar management, travel arrangements and expense reimbursements; Provide professional advice and respond quickly to emergencies in daily work.
- Organize and maintain General Manager's correspondence, records and the filing system; collect, summarize and compile relevant business data into reports.

- Highly sensitive when receiving community visitors and phone calls, as well as engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide logistical services (venue, transportation, materials, communications, catering, hospitality, vendor coordination).
- Committed to building and enhancing company reputation with all of its target audiences to help the company achieve its objectives.
- Budgeting and procurement of the company's daily necessities.
Meet routine work demands and achieve cost control.
- Establish suppliers according to the company's procurement process, strictly implement the principle of compliance, assist in the management of suppliers such as cleaning, shuttles, restaurants, etc.

- Update administrative related procedural documents and records to meet EHS requirements.
Participate in and respond to the company's various audits.
- Maintain good communication with colleagues, organize company events, and promote company culture.
- Maintenance and promotion of external relations.
- Minimum 1 years working experience as secretary/assistant.
- Exposure in multi national company background is preferred
- Capability in handling business correspondence independently in a professional manner
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to converse in German language will be an added advantage
- Well versed in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
