- Master's degree or PhD's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe framework.
- Experience with test case management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Python test script development for testing automation.
- Knowledge of active safety technologies and autonomous driving systems.
- Experience with automotive safety standards and functional safety requirements.
- Hands-on testing with Serial Data Communication (CAN/Eth/LIN) Diagnostics and CAN tools.
- ISTQB or other software testing certifications.
- Familiarity with JIRA, JAMA, or similar project management tools.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in Active Safety feature validation.
- Vehicle performance integration experience.
- Understanding of the capability of HIL test methods.
- DFSS Certification.
