- 负责工厂过程质量管理,问题快速反应;
- 推进QRCI及8D小组,降低不良质量成本;制程持续改善,推动精益生产;
- Main Job Responsibilities & Missions 主要岗位职责及任务
- 根据顾客信息反馈/客户抱怨,分析原因并采取措施,跟踪措施有效性;
- 过程问题分析处理,问题围堵并采取纠正措施;
- 监控生产过程,识别可能的质量隐患并制定预防措施,必要时有权停止生产及发运;
- 收集并整理过程质量数据,制定行动计划以削减内部不良金额;
- 定期进行产品审核,对不符合项进行改善;
- 推进QRCI及8D小组,系统解决质量问题;
- 编制检验作业指导书,对检验员及生产线人员进行,对检验员实施R&R;
- 协助SQE确认问题起因,推动来料不良问题改善;
- 变更点管理,样件状态确认及变更初期品管控;
- 其他任务 Other and specific missions
- 遵守公司HSE的各项规章制度
- 保证与部门经理和内部客户的完全和及时地沟通
- 与其他职能部门的密切合作,建立强有效的内外部合作关系
- 与其他主管一起参与部门绩效的提高,参与工厂的持续改善
- 参加5分钟会,汇报现场绩效,成绩和问题以及正在跟进的行动
- 直属经理交给的其他临时任务
