职责描述 1、市场及用户研究:组织对所负责的除螨仪、挂烫机小家电产品进行市场调研,跟踪并研究相关产品用户需求,收集和分析竞品信息,研究其发展动态和行业动态,并提出市场研究成果报告,制定产品相关策略;2、产品规划及策略:根据环境、行业、竞争、用户、自身等分析,制定挂烫机、除螨仪小家电产品线策略方向、产品规划、销售和损益规划;确保新品按时上市;
3、产品上市操盘:协调全链条达成产品线销售、利润及相关指标;PSI管理;制定产品上市策略(定位、价格、名称、卖点、POP、传播等);
4、生命周期管理:负责产品的销售和盈利情况,提出有效的营销策略;支撑产品销售工作,定期复盘,发现问题并提出解决方案;负责产品优化和改进;负责产品退出方案,并落地实施。 任职要求 1、本科及以上,计算机与科学
