二、招聘条件和标准
1 . 基本要求: 热爱祖国,拥护中国共产党的领导和中国特色社会主义制度,拥护党的教育方针和社会主义办学方向;热爱教育事业,有爱心,具有强烈的事业心和责任感;遵纪守法,品行端正,身心健康,具有良好的团队协作精神,未曾受党纪和政纪处分,共产党员优先。
2 . 年龄要求:
(1)应届毕业生,本科不超过24岁(年1月1日以后出生),硕士不超过27岁(年1月1日以后出生),博士不超过35岁(年1月1日以后出生);
(2)非应届毕业生,不超过35岁(年1月1日以后出生)。
3. 学历及专业 要求:
(1)应届毕业生要求:
1 学历要求:研究生学历,硕士及以上学位
2 专业要求:英语学科相关专业,英语专业八级(或雅思7分、托福90分及以上),口语标准流利,可全英文授课,具有较强的研究能力,能对教育教学具体问题进行深入研究,普通话测试二级乙等及以上。
(2)非应届毕业生要求:
1 学历要求:本科及以上学历,学士及以上学位
2 专业要求:英语学科相关专业,英语专业四级(或雅思7分、托福90分及以上),口语标准流利,可全英文授课,具有较强的研究能力,能对教育教学具体问题进行深入研究,获得区级学科骨干及以上荣誉称号或有5年及以上英语教学经验者优先。普通话测试二级乙等及以上。
三、招聘程序
2 . 简历 审核 : 结合岗位职责和需求,对应聘者的简历进行审核、筛选,确定参加考核考察人员名单。
3 . 考核考察 : 对简历通过人员组织统一考核,考核包括职业能力评估、面试评估、心理素质测试、综合素质评定、思想政治及品德等综合考察。
4 . 审批: 将考核考察通过的候选人按照相关规定和程序,研究确定拟聘用人员。
5 . 体检: 拟聘用人员参照国家公务员录用体检标准确定是否合格。
6 . 公示、签约: 体检合格的拟接收人员名单,将在网站进行公示。公示结果无异议的,由北林附小按照有关规定组织签订协议,办理相关手续。
