职责描述 职责描述:1.负责2类,3类有源医疗设备的早期产线规划、搭建和运营。
2.负责早期工艺团队、生产团队、仓库团队的搭建、管理、培训、考核、激励等。
3.制定小批量试产计划、人员的排班、物料申领过程、现场管理、过程中的质量控制及预算的管控。
4.确保每个产品生产过程中的质量和法规的符合性,并对不满足项提出改进建议。
5.负责试产过程中的成本分析和控制,制定改善建议,努力降低制造成本。
6.管理所有与生产相关的文件和记录,确保文档的准确性、完整性和一致性。
7.评估生产过程中的潜在风险并采取对应措施。
8.生产变更控制、偏差分析和改进。
9.生产所需工装、设备等日常操作和简单维护。
10.能根据公司和项目的要求去外地出差。
11.负责工作的汇报和生产指令的贯彻执行。
12.车间紧急情况处理及预案
13.领导和项目安排的其他任务。 任职要求 技能要求:
1.丰富的医疗项目生产管理经验,能够熟练运用各种方法和工具,5年以上经验。
2.熟悉GMP的要求,做过生产负责人。
3.独立带领过项目,具备3类有源设备完整项目经历。
