- Minimum of bachelor's degree preferably in Social Science and Behavior, Human Resource Management or Law (preferred but not required);
- At least 6 years of experience in the area of Employee Relations or HR Business Partner covering ER functions;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience any of the following: IT/BPO, Finance and Insurance, shared services in a multi-national or global company;
- Fluent or comfortable in English language both written and oral;
- Experience in Workday and Salesforce (preferred but not required)
