- Handling assigned daily tasks according to process map and SOP, manage and handle exceptions in daily work. Use knowledge and skills to meet assigned goals and SLA.
- Managing Logistics Service Provider's (LSP) performance, by optimize existing metrics, perform root cause call out/analysis and own specific actions to fix problems.
- Collaborating with internal/external teams to solve issues/requests to secure customer experience (CX).
- Handling problems with minimal visible risks or roadblocks, troubleshooting problem with no existing procedure or SOP with LSPs; evaluating compliance risks and escalates roadblocks.
- Working on standardization and Kaizen among LSPs to improve CX, cost, speed, sustainability, logistics efficiency and service quality.
- Act as the team process expert to co-work with stakeholders on process improvement and UAT Test for new features.
- Taking additional duties assigned by leadership as business related services and operation scope continue to expand.
- Support new initiatives and new program to drive operational excellence in terms of CX, cost, speed, sustainability, logistics efficiency and service quality.
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Experience.
- 5+ years working experiences of industry (Logistics/freight forwarding/Supply Chain industry).
- Proficient written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word) and Solid data analysis skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership to meet deadlines, maintain a strong attention to details, and work as a team member.
- Capability of operation standardization and process improvement.
- Good communication skill and co-work with cross teams experience.
- Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.
- Manage multiple tasks and have sense of urgency to prioritize tasks.
- Strong mindset of Customer Obsession.
- Trade lane knowledge of US/EU.
- Experience as Process Improvement Expert, Business Analysis and Project Management.
- 6 Sigma and Lean mindset.
