- Lead deployment of connected foundational vehicle features including requirement analysis, design, development, and resource planning.
- Work with OGC to achieve legal requirements of target export markets.
- Support resolving connected vehicle feature after-sales complains.
- Support export marketing propaganda.
- Coordinate cross functional work streams in delivering key components for connected vehicle features, which may include in-vehicle modules (IVI, TBOX, ...), mobile app and cloud backend systems.
- Prepare status report for regular management review.
- Closely monitor industrial trend and ensure competitive advantage in export market.
- Explore and maintain partnerships with global and local suppliers.
- An extensive knowledge base in manufacturing, telecommunication and software engineering.
- Familiarity with gRPC specification.
- Familiarity with Bluetooth protocol stack, NFC, Wi-Fi and cyber security requirement is plus.
- Familiarity with vehicle engineering diagnostic.
- Strong interest and knowledge of automotive EE architecture.
- Basic understanding of internet product design and operation.
- Familiarity with MBSE is plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
- Solid knowledge about GPDS, understand all key and applicable milestones for software development.
- Familiarity with decision making process in large organizations.
- Solid knowledge in engineering change control and resource management.
- Good understanding of telematics services and global market desire.
- Ability to triage, analyze system issues, and make proper assignment to different component owners.
- Highly fluent oral and written English.
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with global team, support personnel, application development personnel and vendors
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment and ability to work under aggressive timelines and sporadic heavy workloads.
- Possess sustainability against changing demand from internal & external business requirements.
- Be accustomed to operating agile and quickly to meet customer product demand.
- Be able to communicate messages very effectively to internal and external organizations
