- Analyze and report on Market level performance by means of: Monthly performance, Annual Budget, Quarterly forecast, Strategic Review, cost control, Target Setting etc.
- Support Finance Business Partner to ensures correct and timely Philips, statutory and fiscal reporting
- Support Finance Business Partner to ensure a strong and efficient internal control system in place in market for enabling functions
- Support Finance Business Partner to coordinate operational planning process and performance management and drives for the delivery of the committed results
- Support Finance Business Partner to execute divestments / investments and M&A transactions in the country/market, including disentanglement / integration
- Support Finance Business Partner to identify, address and track of business issues of Enabling functions
- Cross functional coordination with accounting GBS, global FP&A team, logistics, marketing, sales, operation team, HR, to facilitate daily operation.
- Takes initiative to bring relevant financial issues to the attention of relevant stakeholders.
- Participates in various x-Sector/Market Finance improvement projects, often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
- Support consolidation activities at Cluster/Health System level
- Business integrity: adherence to FCPA and GBP in cooperation with Legal & HR.
- Other ad hoc support to business/market
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance and/ or Accounting orientated study
- 5 years working experience, including solid basis and experience in Accounting & Internal Control
- Strong Convincing communication skills
- Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data.
- Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship
- Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Can work independently with limited supervision, self-motivated, flexible, can work under pressure
- Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint, familiar with business procedures in China, basic tax knowledge
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, oral and written;
