- 确保在任何生产阶段,所有与产品相关的要求(KPC、感知质量方面等)都得到控制,并制定有效的控制计划和检查作业指导书

- 确保一级零件PSW的签署及PPAP提交

- 投产前负责评估客户要求的可行性,负责与客户质量及工厂质量交流并签署的质量偏差,使质量标准具有量产可行性
- Responsible for evaluating the feasibility of customer requirements before production, and responsible for communicating with customer and sign the quality deviation
- 确保整个项目阶段产品的交付质量,停止任何流程或产品交付,以防严重不符合(SR问题及可能的批量风险问题)一旦发现与产品和过程稳健性相关的风险,立即升级
- Ensure the quality of product delivery throughout the project phase, stop any process or product delivery to prevent non-conformities (SR issues and possible batch risk issues) and escalate as soon as risks related to product and process robustness are identified
