- Assist in meeting the needs of our guests and team member and anticipate guests needs, provides efficient and friendly service to all guests and team member.
- Make ordering for guest, Assist delivering guest and team member food orders and beverage to tables. Serves food and beverage to Guests at proper temperature with timely manner.
- Clear all tables in dining areas. Maintains cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Carries dirty dishes from dining area to dish washing area. Involves bussing of table wares and stocks all necessary items.
- May require working outside in the sunlight and/or inclement weather.
- Position requires individual to stand for entire shift on a variety of firm and sometimes wet surfaces due to rain (cobblestone, concrete, asphalt, and tile floors).
- Handling of goods in the process of work, able to lift approximate 15KG or above weight, into the freezer/cold storage inventory or other work. Walking, bending, stooping, and standing are all required to complete tasks.
- Pushing/pulling minimum 30-50G. is required to complete tasks (e.g., mobile carts, dollies, and wagons).
- Responsible for the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of their assignments, working closely with the team to ensure that final task is completed.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UBR policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- To maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind.
- To have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues.
- Confidently knowing the food and beverage menu contents and be able to explain them in detail to guests.
- Understand dietary requirements and offer appropriate suggestions. Strictly follow and implement food safety requirements in daily work.
- Working Schedule: As front-line team member, you might be scheduled to work shifts on nights, weekends and holidays. (can work morning, mid and night 3 shifts).
- Strong verbal communication skills (able to positively engage with Guests, team members and management).
- Some non-verbal communication may be involved with non-Chinese speaking Guests.
- You shall obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job(including but not limited to Food Hygiene Certificate), and complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training.

Job Summary
Attendant, Food Services is responsible for welcoming and interacting with our guests and team member in a positive and friendly manner, able to adapt outdoor working environment, including but not limited to high temperature, low temperature, rain and snow and other weather changes. following the guest service SOP involving ordering, bussing tables, disposing of trash, maintaining the cleanliness of all restaurant areas, transporting dishes and tableware to the dish room, assembling guest food orders and/or delivering them to the dining room/food service area.
This role assists guests and other team members with directions, event schedules, and other information or assistance as needed to provide excellent guest service. This role involves working in one or more of the following positions: Greeter, Cashier, Expeditor, Drink Pourer, Busser and Runner stocker, inventory controller, general teller Role.
