- Quartile and Quad AnalysisTracks and communicate both division wide and site analytics to ensure progress towards Leadership Level PerformanceWorks with stakeholders toward meeting Top Customer/Top Products profitable growth targetsManage price effectiveness, including supporting formulation of pricing strategies and tacticsSimplificationPerforms detailed data analysis on Product Quartile C and D products, and develop plans to inform continued reduction of complexity within the divisionIdentify the true cost to supply, consolidate, design, upsell, serve and support in an effort to make manufacturing operations and commercial operations less complex, more efficient and focused on top customers, products and strategic focus segmentsWhen required, support commercial team in customer communicationsPortfolio AnalysisManage the competitive landscape analysis. Develop and maintain tools/processes to collect latest competitive information. Monitors competitive activity by establishing network with sales force and industry analystsProduces competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors for features and pricing in different geographiesLead quarterly competitive reviews/updatesParticipates in development of market share assessment and price/performance positioning as needed for existing and new productsPortfolio management including product rationalizationContributes ideas and support for the product/market road mapIdentify areas of interest for growth, market penetration and other strategies
