职责描述 1 组织制定精益生产成本节约的各项目计划,并主导推进.跟踪和评价提案改善活动2 确定生产作业标准,参与产品生产过程工艺文件编制及生产工艺监督管理,组织对新技术.新材料.新工艺的研究与工艺验证,持续提升工艺水平
3 负责工艺改进相关工装设备的设计制造,提升公司工装模具水平,降低产品制造成本
4 参与工艺/布局优化管理,工厂区域规划布置,增加空间利用率
5 产品相关标准工时定额策划编制,协助生产进行人员编制的制定及更新 任职要求 1、本科以上学历,电控研发经验
2、能协同各资源方进行项目研发
3、专业能力强,具备创新能力,较强的沟通协调和独立解决问题的能力,工作积极主动、严谨仔细,具备较强的责任心与执行力
