Responsibilities:
• Carry out the team action plan according to dept. target, and proper allocate various resources to complete work task within own responsible area and ensure dept. target achieving.
• In charge of preassembly tooling and equipment management, maintain machine capability and utilization in target level by implementing AM, PM, &TPM process, making annual plan of spare parts and machining tools, leading MRO management and cost statistics.
• Work with front line leader to analyze bottleneck process and devote to study process & tooling jigs to improve preassembly efficiency.
• Promote new WTO of intelligent manufacturing by researching automatic machine used in mechanic work, piping work, and piping room area.
• Manage production SOPs and make regular updates.
• By leading LEAN or KAIZEN project to continuously optimize preassembly process, implement with layout change, VSM, standardization, quick changeover and so on.
• In charge of department investment management, to make investment proposal, feasible study, payback calculation and support procurement team finishing business process.
• Support preassembly supervisor to do manpower plan, tooling plan, equipment maintenance, workload balance, preassembly plan, quality problems solving and people matrix skill development.
Requirements:
• Bachelor or above, major in mechanical related, familiar with preassembly drawing and Catia.
• Has preassembly knowledge, familiar with production flow, plus if have maintenance skill of electricity & mechanism.
• Familiar with preassembly process, 3 years' experience in industrial manufacturing, plus if in paper machine manufacturing
• LEAN background, at least 2 lean projects involved or lead.
• Investment experience or financial knowledge.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing, good at PPT, EXCEL, CAD, Catia
• Good learning attitude and renovation mindset in intelligent manufacturing
