- Supports the Brand Development Manager in delivery of innovation and renovation projects to the agreed milestones/timelines and to the high quality standards set
- Develops an in-depth understanding and becomes an expert in China market – the business environment in which the brand competes including category segments and channels
- Builds a holistic understanding of consumers and shoppers
- Coop with insight team to help identify white space, consumer analysis and competitor landscape identifications to assist building long term portfolio strategy.
- Co-operate with cross functions (RD/RA/SC/Sales/Global Marketing) to make innovation on time delivery.
- Capable to build new product proposition and creative concept in line with brand strategy.
- Able to translate scientific claims into consumer-friendly selling point to consumers and KOLs.
- Assist in the translation of Brand Vision Plan into the BMP by co-working with Brand Builders to deliver an aligned BMP.
- Facilitate new product launch activations.
- Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring.
- Bachelor degree above
- At least 2 years relevant marketing experience, FMCG preferred.
- Understanding Consumers and Shoppers
- Innovation related experience
- Strong ownership and solid Project Management experience
- Fluent in Written and Spoken English, frequent global connection needed.
