DAI0WQG Join usAufgabenObjective of Job- Define the ADAS f unctional requirement and responsible for corresponding ASPICE process& documents.- Lead System and Software development process for ADAS function development based on defined requirements, under cooperation with internal/ external Function development team.- Implement the feature rollout plan and delivery milestone and coordinating with PM/ Carline team.- Lead the integration and validation process, responsible for function release approval.- Lead issue solving process.

Responsible for top issue tracking and analyzing.

Task DescriptionDefine the ADAS f unctional requirement and responsible for corresponding ASPICE process& documents.- Plan routine benchmaking and market analysis activities with testing team and continues provide assement result- Define the ADAS system requirement in Doors system and lead the review activity between internal/ external software and testing team- Maintain the ASPICE SYS.1 – SYS.3 system requirement and tracking on corresponding tracebility status on SWE documents from SW teamLead System and Software development process- Define the overall system requirement, system release process with project managerImplement the feature rollout plan and delivery milestone- Define the feature rollout plan which considering the feature maturity, EE integration into prototype- Be responsible for all the delivery on milestone and provide regular status report and release reportsLead the integration and validation process- Keep monitoring on sw release status/ reports- Support Validation Engineer to create SYS.4-6 process and documents- Join the vehicle testing, be responsible to provide the judgement on function release maturityLead issue solving process.

Responsible for top issue tracking and analyzing- Work as first contact person for issues in responsible function- First layer analysis on the critical issues and create ticket to corresponding compentency teamQualifikationenQualification- Master in vehicle engineering, robotics, electrical engineering or a related field.- At least 2 year working experience in ADAS/AD software or system development.- Development experience on ADAS function(e.g, AEB, ACC, LKA, HWA, etc,).- Hands on development experience AD platforms (ROS, Autoware, Apollo, etc.) preferred.- Hands on SW coding experience preferred.- Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills, German language beneficial.- Skill in MBD(MATLAB/Simulink/ dSpace toolkit) OR C++ programming and scripting languages (Python among others) preferred.- Experience with source code management, unit testing, code review and issue tracking systems.- Inter-cultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels.- Independent and proactive working style, willingness to travel inside China and abroad to conduct system testings.
