- 通过企业微信和患者或患者家属沟通、确认隐私保护等相关信息,介绍产品信息内容;通过关爱项目的实施,获得最终用户的信任和认可,最终实现销售转化和长期保有。协助产品经理及各地区销售执行自动化营销策略,定期在企业微信后台设置并推送预设文案。
- 对在有赞商城购买的终端用户进行答疑,帮助用户选择合适的产品并进行售后和定期回访
- 对通过公众号、直播课等方式添加企业微信的终端用户进行服务,给客户提供护理指导的方案及产品相关的信息;通过热情主动的话术,对终端用户进行画像,匹配用户需求,并进行长期跟进和关系维护
- 在维护终端用户关系的过程中,积累和总结相关经验,对关爱项目的建设提供建议并及时完善和维护不同随访阶段的话术,逐步提高用户维护的自动化程度; 沟通临床护理老师不断完善关爱项目的内容,撰写微信公众号推文等
- 通过企业微信的"群发助手"、与产品经理一同设定的自动化推送逻辑,定期向终端客用户推送相应的回访内容和资讯
- 统筹协调线上言语培训课程,协调销售组织辅助发音管安装客户参与线上培训
- 定期协助BU负责人对销售人员负责的终端用户进行真实性核查和标签内容核查
- 完成上级领导交办的临时性任务或工作。
- 护理、医疗专业背景或医药学/经济学医药方向等
- 有耳鼻喉科及呼吸科医院从业经验者优先
- 一年以上电话客户服务或相关工作经验者优先
- 有企业微信、微信公众号、微店或小红书、抖音等自媒体运营经验或兴趣者优先
- 具备良好的服务意识,能倾听客户的需求,有耐心有责任心
- 良好的语言沟通技能
- 处理客户投诉的技巧
- 能够举一反三,由点及面,在工作中不断总结、提升和创新
- 熟练使用CRM系统、Excel等办公软件
- 熟练打字
- 能读懂简单英语优先
