技能资格 :
·本科或以上学历; 医学/药学/生物学等相关专业尤佳
·五年以上制药或器械或医美领域工作经验,并有拓展业务相关工作经验;
·强大的战略规划和营销能力,包括需求分析、业务论证和商业方法
·有信心与合作伙伴谈判合同条款,处理冲突,有效管理内部和外部伙伴关系
·团队合作,解决问题,利益相关者参与,项目管理,沟通,影响,协作精神,关注关键问题的能力和判断重要性的水平
