- Perform collection and payment activities by contacting customers both internal and external via telephone, written correspondence, e-mails, faxes, and any other means to make DSO reasonably.
- Contact Project Management Department/ Marketing Department or Logistic Department or Site Finance as required to discuss and to determine apparent causes of payment problems and possible resolutions.
- Review assigned past due accounts of AR with his/her immediate supervisor.
- Prepare AR Month End Closing and the related AR reports before deadline.
- Contact Site Finance as required to discuss and to determine apparent causes of audit problems and possible resolutions.
