- Assist to achieve and exceed annual business targets across each profit centre, contributing to the overall revenue and profit objectives of the business division.
- Enlarge and cultivate strong and holistic relationships with the customer base, working to assist to ensure that trading with each account is sustainable and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Report periodically to the manager on business progress and the business environment, this ensuring responsiveness to both the micro and macro trading conditions.
- Collect market and customers' feedback, including passing leads where the customer and business would be better served by a different T&F channel/offering.
- Establish a strategic approach to diversified business on territory, to ensure that activity is both relevant and flexible to evolve business environment.
- Prepare and contribute to academic events to build strategic awareness and to gather market relevant intelligence.

- College student who is available for an ideally 8-month full-time internship(or 6 months and 3 days per week at minimum) and would be able to remain in their student identity till end of the internship period to be eligible to sign an internship contract

- Library and Information Science background will be a plus.

- In terms of working pattern, 5 days per week full-time commitment is ideally expected or 3 days per week at minimum, and you will be paid a daily rate at CNY300/day pre-tax according to actual attendance
