    Job Description

  • Promotion of BPS elements and activities in ShzP
  • Cooperate with Value stream leader to define the value stream short term and long term strategy and vision
  • Organize System-CIP Workshop to derive the improvement projects from focus topics
  • Follow up the improvement projects
  • Lead and develop BPS engineer competence
  • Coach the topic owner to improve the maturity (Pull, TPM, Daily management, Frequent material transportation ...)
  • Cooperate with GB/BPS to implement GB standard
  • Layout of improvement of whole plant
  • Lead BPS maturity assessment
  • BPS digital tool development

    • Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor or above
  • Working Experience: Over 5 years Have the experience of other production system (TPS, VPS...)
  • Knowledge/Skills/Training: IE Method, Leadership Communicate skills Preference: or leading digital projects, Experience of tools management P-BI, CAD
  • Language: Fluent English
