- Work closely with Trading to generate ideas for system enhancements that drive commercial performance
- Work closely with Technology to develop critical system functionalities and maintain its stability
- Deploy trading algorithms to new asset classes, across China FICC products.
- Conduct data analysis and market structure research improve our market making system
- Programming experience in Java or C/C++ or any other system languages
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience developing or supporting large scalable systems
- Previous experience with analysis of large data sets (Python, R, SQL, KDB or similar tooling )
- Basic working knowledge in Linux OS, TCP/IP networking and performance tuning
- Knowledge about onshore China rates market
- Quantitative research & modelling, especially in interest rates products
