We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
· Lead and manage testing teams, overseeing multiple testing phases of projects to ensure quality and efficiency.
· Develop and implement testing strategies and initiatives, coordinating with multiple teams within the testing function.
· Collaborate with global testing teams to adopt advanced testing approaches and automation, with a focus on increasing the ratio of automated testing as a key performance indicator.
· Manage local vendor deliverables, identifying product weaknesses through testing, and collaborating with vendors on improvement plans.
· Maintain a holistic view of the local business, negotiating with different project teams to resolve conflicts and manage risks.
· Demonstrate strong risk awareness, balancing risk and effectiveness independently with sound judgment.
RequirementsTo be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in user requirement management in an IT environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and concise technical requirements.
• Experience with requirement tracking tools and benefit realization frameworks.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
