Key accountabilities主要职责:
1.Perform laboratory tests following existed SOP.
2.Create/update SOP following the CAP, CLIA, GCP regulations.
3.Validate the assay with other MT to assist the project management.
4.Be familiar with for receiving specimens, and inputting specimen information into LIMS system.
5.Master the operation, maintenance and maintenance of the instrument / equipment.
6.Review Logbook, Record and patient result.
7.Work with TDG staff to assist to back up and review raw data of analytical analyzer/instruments
8.Work with TDG staff to assist calibration and maintenance of the instrument / equipment
9.Work with Project Manager to assist the project management, including but not limited to TCs, Testing, Write plan and/or report.
10.Other tasks assigned by general supervisor.Scope of the job工作范围:
1.Report to the general supervisor of central laboratory.
2.Work with PM, SM, TDG to ensure the smooth operations of projects in the central laboratory.
3.Responsible for daily sample / PTs testing
4.Work with TDG staff to assist operation and maintenance of equipment or contact with local engineer of instrument.

1.The Medical technologists must have earned a bachelor's degree or above in a medical technology, chemical, physical, biological biotechnical or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution.
At least two year's clinical laboratory working experience.2.Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, good team work spirit and communication skills.
3.Familiar with Office, Excel and other Office software.

Proficient in reading and writing.
