职责描述:

1、负责市销团队的专业技术教育,包括起搏器、ICD、CRT等内容,提高团队的整体专业技术水平;

2、与市场销售、CRM团队紧密合作,包括病例收集修订,全国、区域学术会议支持,临床技术问题分析及处理等;

3、组建和管理培训团队,搭架专业教育体系,定期更新专业内容,建立高效严谨的团队氛围;

4、支持QA、RA、研发部门与其它部门的技术工作。

任职要求:

1、本科以上学历,医学相关专业;

2、10年以上医疗行业工作经验,心律管理行业背景,有教育培训经验优先。
