描述
岗位职责:
1) 参与协助售前客户需求分析,提供售前技术方案支持;
2) 负责根据客户或项目需求完成项目思路设计及服务方案策划;
3) 负责实施和交付项目,并达到客户满意或预期的报告质量;
4) 负责根据客户或项目要求和目标完成报告的编制、项目现场辅导等服务;
5) 负责根据行业和市场需求编制完善项目文件,包括但不限于报告模板、调查工具、分析打分工具等;
6) 负责整理标准、行业知识、国内外法规等材料;
7) 完成领导安排的与ESG工作相关的其他工作;
任职要求:
1) 本科及同等以上学历,ESG相关专业优先;
2) 具有5年以上相关工作经验,至少参与过3份ESG报告的编制,有过公司战略辅导项目经验的优先;
3) 熟悉GRI或ISSB,或其他ESG标准的至少一种;
4) 良好的英语听说读写能力,能够从国外网站获取最新的ESG信息,编写英文方案和报告;
5) 具有较强的团队协作意识和抗压能力并能积极主动地参与和实施具有挑战的项目任务;
6) 能够接受频繁出差;
